Open Windsor Competition

Our Competition is almost here and a huge thank you to everyone who has generously given time already to prepare the Grounds and equipment for us to showcase the Club at its very best!

With ongoing promotion and returning Competitors we now have over 30 entrants which is absolutely great. If you have notified me of entry but not sent your form or payment in yet, then please can you do so asap.

As you know on the day we also need help to do things like : Set up before event kicks off at 10am - including putting up the marquee Car parking Field Party - to move bosses and help look for lost arrows Runners to help gather the score slips and get them to Donna/Ellen Scoring/Results Help Catering team Break down and put away We would greatly appreciate any time you have to support with these tasks - it is a long day, but really good for the Club and we will provide you with a drink and hot batch. We have in the past even had new members join our Club having been to visit us at this annual competition. Please let me know what time you could give, it would be most appreciated. A few Members have already expressed their support, but we do need more to spread the tasks and ensure we have sufficient help on the day. Thank you, Donna On behalf of the Committee
